Liliane Opperman gives some tips about the blackberry tea consumption:

  • It is advisable to prepare and consume the tea on the same day.

Rosemary tea recipe for losing weight

ingredients:

  • 300ml water
  • 1 teaspoon rosemary herb tea.

Preparation:

  • Boil water.
  • Add the rosemary in the herb.
