1. soup detox green

  • ½ bunch of spinach
  • ½ celery stalk
  • ½ bunch of endive
  • ½ bunch parsley
  • ½ bunch of chard
  • ½ Japanese pumpkin

  • 1 garlic clove
  • 2 tablespoons (tea) salt

2. soup detox with yam

  • 5 average yams
  • 1 cup (tea) chopped spinach
  • 1 minced onion average

  • 200 ml water

  • 2 cups chopped arugula
  • 2 tablespoons () fresh basil

  • 2 medium diced carrots

  • 2 cups fresh peas
  • 1 and ½ crushed garlic clove

  • 1 American broccoli
  • 4 pieces of average cassava
  • 1 grated onion

5. soup detox sweet potato and lentil

  • 2 cups (tea) of sweet potatoes into cubes
  • 3 cups (tea) of cooked lentils
  • 1 and ½ crushed garlic clove
  • 1 small onion, grated
  • 1 diced zucchini
  • 1 cup (tea) parsley
  • 1 tablespoon (packed) extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt, pepper and turmeric to taste
  • Boiling water
  • 1 cup (tea) chopped watercress
  • 1 teaspoon (tsp) chopped nuts Pará

Way of doing: in a deep pan put the olive oil and saute the sweet potato, onion, garlic and zucchini. Add the boiling water until it covers all the vegetables and cook until it softens slightly sweet potatoes. Remove from heat and let cool, then puree in a blender. Put the mixture back into the pan and add the parsley, lentils, salt, pepper and turmeric. Let the heat until hot. Place the watercress and the brown and serve.

6. soup detox Dukan

  • 3 onions
  • 3 carrots
  • 2 garlic cloves

12. soup detox leek

  • 1 and 1/2 stem leek
  • 1/2 zucchini
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1 teaspoon (tsp) of chia
  • 1 tablespoon (soup) of oil
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 500 ml water

Way of doing: onion browned in oil and add the leek cut into slices, cook for 10 minutes. Add 500 ml of water and boil. Lunch:

  • 1 coleslaw dessert plate with cress + 1 wire extra virgin olive oil + 2 tablespoons rice soup + 4 tablespoons lentil soup + 1 sardines fillet with tomato + 4 branches cauliflower + 1 slice with pineapple or cinnamon;
  • 1 dessert plate red cabbage salad olive oil + 1 + 2 tablespoons rice soup + 1/2 eggplant filled with ground meat + 1 slice of melon.

Afternoon snack:

  • Pear or 1;
  • 1 apple.

Have a dinner:

  • Detox soup: cabbage Cabbage + + + chard chayote pepper pepperoni + + + Onion + turmeric or garlic;

Talitta explains that a diet that includes detox soup can be made for about seven days. But this varies greatly from person to person, and the ideal is that each follow the guidelines and the menu prepared by your nutritionist.
