1. Remove the carpet smell with sodium bicarbonate

You know those products that have a thousand and one uses? The bicarbonate is one. As it is a relatively inexpensive product, you can use at will. Spread on the carpet, cover with a cloth and let it act overnight. The next day, just suck. Bye, smell!

2. Cleaning with apple cider vinegar

Vinegar does miracles in cleaning. When washing your bedding, or walk your dog, add ¼ cup apple cider vinegar to the detergent or soap you usually use and then wash normally. Use white vinegar, too, but it does not smell as good as the apple.
