The best part about ‘Passport to Italy‘ is it offers their customers the opportunity to savour the best of authentic Italian specialties from different regions of the country, without having to travel there. The promotion begins with the delightful offerings from Campania (which Emm-a-man was invited to taste and review), a region located on the Italian Peninsular just south of Rome and bordering the Mediterranean Sea. Its food culture are influenced by centuries-old tradition of farming and fishing and are known for their variety of bright and vibrantly flavoured seafood dishes.

Here are all the dishes for the first round of ‘Passport to Italy‘ featuring signature dishes from Campania.

Ravioli Di Mare- Classic Alfredo sauce with crab claw and arugula served with seafood ravioli and topped with marinated tomatoes. It’s so creamy you wish the serving is much bigger.

Spaghetti Al Catoccio- Baked seafood spaghetti with scampi (small lobster) and scallops sautéed with garlic, white wine and marinara sauce. Just look at the size of the scampi! Yummy!

Cozze E Vongole Brasati- Mussels and Clams sautéed in a spicy tomato broth, herbs and green peas, served with garlic bread. This one is slightly spicier than the rest but it’s nothing that you can’t handle.

Seafood Gratina- A medley of seafood served with saffron risotto and béchamel sauce, and baked to perfection. The chef urged us to squeeze the lemon and it completely changed the taste of this dish!

Triglie Al Rosmario- Oven-baked red mullet with rosemerry, lemon, Fennel and cherry tomatoes served with basil pesto rice. The fish is so fresh but you have to be careful of the prickly tiny bones.

Zabaglione- A truly Italian classic egg custard made with Marsala wine. Served with frozen seedless grapes and biscotti. So just dip and enjoy.

During the promotion, guests will be given a “passport” stamp book which allows them to receive instant rewards when they purchase a dish from the menu.
